From children to adults, individual and families. We use various therapeutic interventions to address life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, and more. We are honored to offer services to everyone in our community. LGBTQ+ Allied.
Periodically, we offer psychoeducational groups that offer information, healing, and connection within a small group setting; including groups for PTSD, body image issues, LGBTQ+ groups, and groups for women on shame and courage.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
LPC Supervision
Melissa offers Board-Approved supervision to Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors. Individual and group supervision available. Get in touch to inquire about openings and appropriate fit in working together.
Telehealth
We offer the convenience of telehealth throughout the state of Louisiana. Telehealth is the use of electronic communication technology to provide counseling services remotely.
