We do have a sliding scale option to help make counseling more accessible for you, if needed.

Deb Hill, PLPC

Hi, I’m Deb Hill. I’m a PLPC, former teacher, school counselor, and college athlete who’s always believed in the power of genuine human connection. Counseling, for me, is about creating a space where people can exhale, show up as themselves, and feel understood without having to perform or fit into any expectations.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, athletes, and educators—people navigating stress, identity, transitions, relationships, or simply trying to feel more like themselves again. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, integrative approach, which means I focus on who you are, what you’ve been through, and what you need in the moment. We work together to build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and your voice.

My background in education and athletics shapes my understanding of resilience, pressure, and what it’s like to carry a lot—emotionally or mentally—but my practice is open and welcoming to anyone seeking support, growth, or clarity. Whether you’re working through something heavy or just feeling “off,” you’re not alone here.

Outside the office, you’ll probably find me running, reading a book, or connecting with friends and loved ones. Fitness and wellness are a big part of my life, and that mind–body awareness naturally shows up in my work.

Above all, I want clients to feel safe, seen, and supported.

Be real. Be well.
