Destiny Lazard, PLPC

Hey people,

I’m Destiny Lazard, a PLPC who believes counseling should be a place where you can be fully yourself, feel seen and heard, and be supported while also being challenged to grow. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationships, life transitions, and other challenges that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.

My approach is person-centered, with an emphasis on mindfulness, self awareness, and building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I’m genuinely interested in people and their stories, and I want to help clients better understand themselves, find clarity, and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Outside of counseling, I love music, concerts, basketball, trying new foods, spending time with friends, and romanticizing the little things in life.
