Holly Orellana, PLPC

Hi! I’m Holly Orellana, a PLPC with Soleil Counseling Practice. I want to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to those who choose to begin their counseling journey, and to all who walk through those doors of self-discovery and healing.

My passion is helping you make sense of things that may seem confusing in your life, things that are difficult to navigate, or maybe things that bring a lot of strong feelings that you feel stuck trying to figure out. I hope that by taking time out of your life to dedicate towards YOU, you are able to create more peace, stability, and control in the life you want to live.

I have experience working with divorce trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, relationships, stress, & much more. I see children ages 12+, teens, adults, couples, and I lead groups.

My approach to counseling is collaborative, meaning I want both you and I to create a space that is best for your growth.

At the center of it all, I believe the therapeutic relationship, the one between you and me, needs to be built on mutual trust, respect, and openness. I hope to provide this for you so that you can have the space you deserve to work toward inner peace.​
